Following many years of prominent advertising agency experience with agencies like GSD&M and RSD, Eric co-founded goFish in 2010. A graduate of St. Edward’s University in Austin, Eric’s advertising career began while he was still a student, designing promo materials for country music artists like Gary P. Nunn and Wade Bowen. Years of advertising agency work followed, culminating in nationally recognized pieces for political campaigns like President George W. Bush, Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. These projects, along with congressional and public advocacy accounts, provide Eric with invaluable direct mail advertising experience.
At goFish, Eric’s graphic design work includes medical industry clients like Neurobilogix, Genomix Nutrition, and Kalypso, as well as multiple museums including the San Antonio Children’s Museum, McNay Art Museum, Austin’s Thinkery and Perez Art Museum (PAMM) in Florida.
His small to mid-sized clients throughout San Antonio and the surrounding area range from construction, plumbing, and electrical trades, to oil and gas, real estate, and nonprofits like Crosspoint and the San Antonio Food Bank.
Eric works closely with seasoned professionals to produce videos for the websites, create marketing materials, and program custom client side management applications. In addition to graphic design and production, he manages projects from inception to completion, handling client communication and press checks. As a result of his extensive experience, Eric has developed the mantra of effective design/effective results, which manifests itself in bold, clean, innovative, and creative designs. His work has proven successful in winning elections, growing attendance, increasing profits, increasing membership, raising awareness, and raising funds.
